Our powerful online psychometric tool measures essential work related aspects of an individual’s behaviour and personality to produce a cost effective, speedy, comprehensive and most importantly highly accurate assessment. The profile will give an indication of an individual in terms of their:

The Personality Survey System is easy to administer and is proven as a highly effective recruitment tool and ongoing management tool. Candidates are required to spend just a few minutes completing a simple questionnaire, after which the software generates an in-depth, comprehensive, psychometric report.
The Personality Survey System is not a psychometric test with a simple pass or fail. It is a detailed, multi-page assessment report that provides an accurate measurement of an individual’s behaviour at work, their suitability to work within set teams and an indication of their potential for different roles within the organization.

You can access the Personality Survey System directly via a Success Dynamics business using the Bureau Service. Alternatively, you can elect to have the system installed in-house following the pre-requisite training.
Success Dynamics Bureau Service
The bureau service provides psychometric Personality Survey reports as an 8 to 10 page comprehensive analysis of an individual’s behaviour. Clients send in their initial survey findings to the Success Dynamics offices and within 24 hours we are able to supply an in-depth report. This is supported with a hotline service to provide further insights and reassurance where necessary. A more detailed analysis of the report is available at an additional cost.
In-house
This provides the natural advantage of having the psychometric system in the control of the client, with access to their own trained Psychometric Analyst(s). Reports can also be e-mailed as pdf files. A hotline support function is also available to in-house Analysts at no extra cost.
Report credits for the System are supplied in multiples of 50 and further credits can be supplied via e-mail. The security of the System is embedded in the software and so there are no annoying hardware add-ons (dongles or key disks) required.
The software itself runs on our servers and we maintain and provide updates and improvements constantly.
There are several ways that we can provide the Psychometric System the three most commonly used are:
1. 200 Psychometric system
The software is provided with 200 credits and survey forms, the Structured Interview Questionnaire and unlimited access to the hotline.
2. 100 Psychometric system
The software is provided with 100 credits and survey forms, the Structured Interview Questionnaire and unlimited access to the hotline.
3. 50 Psychometric system
A basic system with 50 report credits, 50 Survey forms, the Structured Interview Questionnaire and unlimited access to the hotline.
